ASAP Tickets review – Nigel was very thorough and checked...
Nigel was very thorough and checked several return dates to make sure that I was getting the best price. He had a good grasp of the restrictions on the ticket, the baggage fees, and tailored my routing to match to my "total travel time" specifications.
In general, I'd suggest having music on the phone when on hold because during a long hold of 15-20 minutes or so, I wasn't sure if I was really still connected.
