Glitter is very friendly, courteous and sweet consultant, she goes the extra mile to find out anything you wish to know, whether it be best quotes for various dates, what airports have business lounges, what kind of seats one gets (as I am flying business class)whether it be cubicles or paired seats etc. Glitter always follows up and explaining any further questions etc eg.. ticket protection plan, verification of payment as my ticket was paid by a friend of mine. Glitter kept emailing me every part of the process in securing my flights and in ensuring that all information I needed was answered and or explained.
