My usual travel agent was on vacation but took the time to make sure I was helped, and even contacted me while on vacation to make sure I was satisfied. The new travel agent I was given was equally amazing and found me tickets to Europe at a steeply discounted price, almost $600 cheaper than Expedia and the other travel sites.
