I like to say at this time that Brabus was one of the hardest working individuals that I’ve come in contact in a long time. He was very conscientious thoughtful, and he didn’t give up until he completely helped me and made sure that I had my flight. I was apprehensive at first because I really had never dealt with this airline before but he went home after work. He called me when he got home.
