My travel agent Agape is one of the sweetest and patient Customer Service Consultant I've ever dealt with. I emailed her regarding a flight rescheduling and she got back to me right away. Courteous,Knowledgeable and speaks very clearly. I appreciate that she lets me explain before she even talks or makes suggestions. Very helpful in every way.
