I am SO HAPPY WITH MY TRAVEL AGENT!!! He's wonderful Very nice, polite, knowledgable. He did a great job! Best travel agent Ive ever talked to. I am going to call Charlesman for my next trip FOR SURE!!! He has such a warm phone voice!!! He is NOT TOO Pushy like some sales people can be. He kept me from getting frustrated with the ticket purchase and getting upset. One time I had so much trouble with using flyer miles and getting trip booked, I CRIED!!! It TOOK HOURS.
