Icca has been very helpful, friendly and accommodating. It wasn’t a simple booking since it was for a minor. I decided to add my daughter to a flight that I have already booked and paid for. Icca went above and beyond to make sure she gets my daughter booked without any issues. Her persistence paid off and we were able to get the last ticket for her. I’m so grateful.
