ASAP Tickets review – Hamza was the best customer service...

Hamza was the best customer service representative I have ever dealt with. He was so patient, continually answered our questions with clarity, was so kind & consistent to call us back exactly when he said he would. I have never had someone so good at customer service as him. We had to change details & find out all different options for flights & he knew his info inside & out. He should be promoted to manager!
