Blueivy has an excellent customer-service skills and such an epitome of how all travel agents should be. She is patient, diligent, cheerful, respectful, understanding, resourceful, very knowledgeable on what she does (career-wise), and has a professional demeanor (based on the way she communicated with me). To her supervisor, I would recommend a promotion for her (soon, I hope?).
