Rafiki is God-sent, he did not give up on us, until we were able to get exactly what we wanted that suited our budget at the same time. He seems very experienced in traveling and he helped me and my husband understand why we should get a Travel Protection especially with international travel, he explained it would allow the travel agent to act quickly in securing the next flight available without further bureaucratic delay! in the event of a misses flight.
