The Agent who worked with me was very helpful and pleasant. The background noise was very loud, which made our communication very difficult. It would very helpful to all parties if you would upgrade your facilities with noise deadening cubicles, so that customers can hear better, and have less interference in responding to questions being asked by your Agent. Agent Butler, was very knowledgeable and polite in guiding me through the ticket purchase process. I hope I have opportunity to work with him again. < Back to reviews
