Brenca was excellent. She was exceptionally attentive and knowledgeable. She took the time to find a variety of excellent potential flights and answered all of my questions which allowed me to decide on the flight that would best suit my needs. Additionally, after deciding upon a flight she was able to answer all of my questions regarding ticket protection which ultimately caused me to make the purchase.
