Belmont is professional,patient and thorough. I wanted the premium protection plan. I had innadvertently unchecked the premium protection. Thankfully Belmont caught the error on his end and notified me. He said he c would cancel the transaction,restart my order, and my credit card would not be charged. He resent a new link, with the premium protection preselected for me, to ensure it was included, and I was able to successfully finish the reservation with the premium protection plan:) < Back to reviews
