This is my first time to use ASAP. Marjorie did an excellent job in handling 3 tickets to Manila. She was very patient, courteous and knowledgeable. Her follow up was great! She looked out for my best interest. She’s very thorough in making sure she reads all the pertinent information. I even bought the premium travel insurance.
