Our travel agent (Cassiopea) was AMAZING. Polite, PATIENT and kind. She was very knowledgeable and had answers to every question we had. She was hands down, the BEST travel assist we have ever had. I felt soo bad, we were on the phone 2.5 hours and had soo many questions. Cassiopea was incredibly understanding and calm, never got annoyed or impatient and stayed upbeat and eager to help the full time. The next time we fly, we'll make sure to call ASAP and insist on speaking with Cassiopea. She needs a raise! < Back to reviews
