ASAP Tickets review – Douglas was absolutely a Godsend!...
Douglas was absolutely a Godsend! He walked with me every step of the way. He was courteous, personable and completely knowledgeable about the industry. At one point in our travel plan conversation, I felt frustrated about something I did... but Douglas kept his composure and helped me regain a sense of calm. He's truly a class act!
